Career in Publishing: How Did I Get Here?

Curious about publishing?  The Career Development and Internship Programme and the ELWP Department are hosting Franco Esposito-Soekardi, Editorial Director at Rome-based publishing house Fuorilinea, for a talk on the industry. 

Part of the ongoing How Did I Get Here? series, this session offers a look at what working in the publishing industry involves, his role as an editor, and all of Esposito-Soekardi’s twists and turns on his journey within it.  

Fuorilinea is an independent Italian publisher known for its diverse catalogue spanning contemporary fiction, cultural essays, and translated works. The press has built a reputation for discovering new voices while championing established literary talent.
