remus volume XiI

pandemonium edition

- spring 2021 -

Dear Readers,

We subtitled this twelfth volume of Remus the “Pandemonium Edition” and called for submissions inspired by the pandemic in order to mark this moment in history in a personal context. This volume is a covid-era artistic document, and it records the real lives and emotions of ordinary people (with extraordinary talent).

The authors and illustrators of the magazine, created by the students for the students have entrusted to us their most precious manifestations, for which we are grateful.

During a time in which motivation is hard to come by for most, we are impressed by your ability to be productive and creative. We hope that the students of AUR continue to be inspired to create through all the difficulties life throws at them.

So, sit down, have a coffee, and reminisce, through the eyes of our contributors, about the way we persevered as a community. The pandemic will subside, and the arts will continue to flourish at AUR.

Eternal gratitude,

Remus Editors
